This afternoon Chris had just arrived home from John and Sheila Gettings place in Llangwyryfon when John rang to say he was watching a Short-eared Owl hunting over a field where he has had several sightings of Barn Owl recently.
Chris had to be content with finding a flock of ca 30 Redwings on his way home.
