A damp walk out along the Clettwr to the Dyfi this morning. The stream alongside the track has burst its banks, and the floodwater held Water Pipit, two Green Sandpipers and a Kingfisher. Also several Reed Buntings, Stonechats and a Chiffchaff in the bushes. On the Dyfi itself, three Red-Breasted Mergansers were my first this year.
As Ynyslas around high tide, still two Greenshank and two Turnstones, as well as five Grey Plover and twelve Golden Plover.
