After arriving in Aber on Monday, Helen took up her usual position at Castle Point yesterday morning and the highlights of her session were six Wheatears, a Kingfisher, a couple of Med Gulls and a northbound Goosander,
We joined forces this morning, minus the hats and gloves normally needed here. A light passage of alba wagtails included at least one White. The usual Turnstones (3) and Ringed Plovers (6) were joined briefly by a Curlew and a Wheatear dropped in. Offshore up to 12 Gannets were feeding sporadically, 15 Canada Geese went north and seven Sandwich Terns south
