I think I saw those swans at Llanon yesterday at about 9.30. They rested on the water for about 5 mins, then off southwards.
A much reduced cast at Llanrhystud this morning, with no Ruff, no Pintails and just the one Black-tailed Godwit (on the shore). However, there were 640 Golden Plover resting out at the point, 46 Teal in the flooded field and the 2 Wheatears and a RT Diver were still about. Two Common/Arctic Terns flew south along the beach but despite their proximity I hadn't a clue which species they were as I peered through the drizzle.
