There were 8 Brent Geese, a Great Crested Grebe and a flock of over c200 Golden Plovers on the rocks at low tide as well as some Shags amongst the Cormorants on the sandbar. Opposite the centre there were 4 Ringed Plovers, c100 Wigeon and at least a dozen Shelduck. In the fields there were c30 Lapwings.
