Much wetter than expected, but perhaps the silver lining was that just for a little white I had the tern posts to myself. The wader flock included 2 Greenshank, 17 Knot, 11 Grey Plover and a Turnstone.
Perhaps for the same reason, at the Clettwr the White-fronted Geese (10) were only two fields away and the Dipper was back at the ford.
