Whitethroats and garden warbs have arrived here but still not seen a female piedy. Willow tit x2 singing.
Up at our house the male and female mallard are still on our pond guarding the young but I haven't seen how many are left: heron took one and is a regular visitor. I read that male mallards push off before the eggs hatch so 'what's occurring'?
