There was a Great-crested Grebe looking magnificent at Ynyslas this morning. A flock of Lapwings were in the air as I approached from the railway crossing and 35 Curlews got up near to Aberleri.
There were a few Ringed Plover and Redshank about and a Peregrine swooped over some Wigeon on the water near the point.
