Hawk Handling

Hawk handling for beginners

On a bright, snowy winter's day I found myself looking up at the Blorenge,
Skirrid, and Sugar Loaf mountains, and in the company of four birds - Brook,
Puddle, Sisco and Hoo Hoo.
Brook the Harris Hawk is a beauty of a bird with brown wings, and somewhat
startlingly, large yellow talons.
