Breeding Starlings in Ceredigion

You are probably aware of the alarming declines in breeding starlings in Wales over the last decade, which are most severe in Ceredigion and north Pembs. In response to these declines, RSPB Cymru would like to do some research into its' cause.
To do this we need to find a sample of farms where starlings still breed in this area. Then we can encourage them into using nest boxes which we will put up, which makes it easier to monitor chick diet, body condition and survival.
This is where we need your and other birders help. Would it be possible for you to post on your blog a request for places (4fig grid refs) where starling are still breeding that we could then follow up?
I hope you can help.
Ian.
