re.Liz; a few years ago there were some people destroying a complete hedgerow near Glogue. I tried both the CCW, (not our remit), & the Pembs hedgerow officer, nothing to do with him!
If you know where nests are beforehand, you can point them out & then they should avoid them. However that means you have to do a survey beforehand, knowing where the destruction is going to happen in the future! I have tried to get this sort of thing stopped but no one seems to care; even those who you might think should!
