Leri/Dyfi

We went for a walk past the WWT hide on the Leri/Dyfi reserve near Borth this morning, and we saw numerous sedge warblers, lots with insects for feeding young. Also saw 2 reed warblers; a few reed buntings and swallows; there is a nest inside the hide. We heard a cuckoo calling; and saw small heath butterflies and a common blue as well as ladybird larvae. However, only one lone male stonechat to be seen on the top of a gorse bush in the distance.
