Little Owl on roadside telegraph pole at Nantsiriol Farm, just as you leave Bow Street on the Clarach road, 8.40 and again at 9.30 returning from Graham's garage. (Me not the owl).
There is a good spot for little owls in Upper Borth, though I have not been there this year.
