Shear Madness......

An amazing morning (06:30 - 10:15) sea watching at Borth with Marc Hughes, resulted in 2 Sooty Shearwaters, 11+ Balearic Shearwaters and 50,000+ Manx Shearwaters!! other birds of interest included, 200+ Gannets, 100+ Sandwich Terns, 1 juv Med Gull and 1 Yellow Wagtail, an Ocean Sunfish was also seen close in. Later in the day at Ynyslas, Marc also saw 1 Great Skua, 1 Osprey, 294 Sandwich Terns, 5 Common Terns, 13 Sanderlings and 2 Knot.
