At about 9:45 this morning when I checked the Turn Car Park I found 3 Ringed Plover and 1 Turnstone sheltering from the savage wind. I then had some bits and pieces to do in Aberystwyth. I had intended to take the dogs for a run at Tan-y-Bwlch but as I approached the bridge before the car parking area I saw the most ferocious sea I've ever seen at Aber, so I chickened out. Calling in at the Turn CP on my way home I found 2 Snow Buntings in even more atrocious weather conditions.
