30-40 Sand Martins were busily checking out the cliff colony site. 70 Linnets and a Redpoll flew north during the course of an hour or so. 4 White Wagtails and 5 Wheatears were on the beach. 5 Willow Warblers, 2 Blackcaps and a Chifchaff were at the lime kilns. On my way home as the sun broke through I noticed a few Swallows on wires looking like they'd never left last September.
