Ynyslas and Borth

A look off Ynyslas turn this morning produced only 5 common scoter and 2 great crested grebe at first but on scanning north I saw a long-tailed duck fly in which proceeded to feed in the breaking waves just off the turn car-park. Also a nice male wheatear perched on the groynes. At Ynyslas around 100 golden plover calling in flight and at Upper Borth 3 purple sandpiper on the rocks.
