I have just reported to the RSPB at Ynyshir my astonishing sighting, this morning, of a white stork flying over Lledrod. Thought you might be interested to hear about it for your Ceredigion Birds blog. It was circling above me, and got mobbed by two kites, so I could see its relative size quite clearly (have also seen storks in Israel many times). It headed off east. I see that six storks were sighted last month in north Wales, so perhaps it's one of those.
