Green Woodpecker

B***** H*** Liz , you've done it again! How on earth do you find these things? Five intrepid villagers joined me this morning on a wheelchair-friendly guided walk round their village-Cellan. Considering the weather a tally of 19 species seemed quite good. They tell me that they see/hear Green Woodpeckers now and again on the hillside above Cellan. Somehow, I guess these must be linked to other sightings further up the valley at Llanfair and more particularly Llanddewi.
