I recently had to spend a fortnight in hospital,apart from 3days where I couldn't get out of bed,i spent most of the day staring out the window,and here's my list,not brilliant and without optical help bar the eyes,
red kite
herring gull
collared dove,
Sparrowhawk 1(never saw another)
Woodpigeon
Jackdaw
Long tailed tit
Blue tit
Dunnock
Chiff chaff heard
Song thrush heard
Crow
Pied wagtail
Nothing brilliant I admit,but the kite and hearing the song thrush belting it out early morning didn't half raise the spirits
