Daily counting of the Teifi waders proved fruitful early this morning with a summer plumage Curlew Sandpiper amongst them. Initially, nice close views when they were roosting on Patch but as usual as the tide dropped they flew to feed on the sand banks making identification more of a challenge.
The other waders were 38 Dunlin, 22 Ringed Plover and 5 Sanderling.
