dawn chorus

Just north of Llandysul, a green woodpecker called once during my morning dawn chorus. Gt-spot woody drumming & answered from elsewhere in the wood. I watched treecreepers visiting their nest, evidently feeding nestlings. I was in one corner of the wood & there were certainly 2 wood warblers singing and display flying near me. I don't know how many there may be if someone covered the whole wood!
