At last

This afternoon Buster and I walked along Foel Fawr again. When the weather is as good as this I don't think there's anywhere else in the world I'd rather be.  Most of the birds I saw seemed to have food in their bills, and most of the rest looked like youngsters.  There were Whitethroats, Willow Warblers, Stonechats, Tree and Meadow Pipits, 2 Cuckoos, a Peregrine and at long last, a pair of Whinchats.
They both had food so I assume there was a nest with young nearby......
