House Martins returned today (15th is the usual day) I had two at midday and four by 6.00pm; they were in the company of a fair few Swallows (at last). I was happy to see them enter into the nest cups as I have given them a modified entrance (much deeper and smaller) this year to try and help with the G.S.Pecker predation which has occurred over the last couple of years.
