Sand Martins
There were 10-15 pairs apparently investigating suitable nesting holes along Afon Aeron south of Llangeitho this morning. Re. Cors Caron: I think Willow Tit is much more likely, at least that is the species I tend to find. However, I have seen Marsh Tit too, and other folk do observe them on the reserve quite regularly. I don't know if the latter breed on Cors Caron itself or only in neighbouring woodland.
