Emyr Evans of the DOP has asked if we would assist them in the National Lottery's annual search for favourite Lottery funded projects.
It is in a short-list of finalists in the Environment section. The winner is the one with the most votes from supporters.
Voting, by 29th July, can be done online via www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk/awards or simply by phoning 0844 836 9683 to record your vote (just like voting in Strictly Come Dancing, apparently).
If the DOP is successful it will be awarded some additional funding which will go towards enabling disabled access to the 360 Observatory.
They would also appear in a star-studied BBC1 event.
