High tide ynyslas 29th

Similar to yesterday but higher tide i think, it was up to the road at 8.30. Finally arrived at the edge of the seaward dunes to see 9 grey plover, 5 ringed plover and about 20 dunlin feeding on the edge. Further along on the small area of sand 76 cormorants were resting along with the 500 ish oystercatchers. Just as i was leaving at about 10 a small flock of about 50 golden plover arrived and settled on the newly exposed stones. A shooter was behind his camouflage just up from the leri, teal, mallard and wigeon were far too near! Lots of pied wags still roosting in town last night, hard to count, gave up at 60.
