COLLEGE ROCKS, ABERYSTWYTH

Late yesterday afternoon it was facinating watching Turnstones pecking at some of the numerous washed up Sprats. A couple of Redshank were eating some of the little fish whole.
A Kingfisher dashed low across the rocks and settled on the pier before perching on the rocks. Starlings began to gather on the church tower and Chris reckoned around 1000 are currently roosting under the pier.
