Waxwing at Bryngwyn

I've had a text from a visitor from the North-east of England saying that he has found a Waxwing in a treetop at Bryngwn.
Bryngwyn is a small village on the B4333 between Beulah and Cwm-cou, near Newcastle Emlyn.
I haven't got a precise location, but if anyone is in the area it must be worth having a look for it..
