I have received several reports of the Waxwings in Machynlleth, including from Edward, so I decided to publish one of them, and chose Jerry's below.
A bird which is seen so seldom in Ceredigion is obviously of interest to many of us, in fact I stopped off in Machynlleth on my way home yesterday and enjoyed the birds with Jerry for a while.
While I'm quite happy for our readers to be alerted to the occasional good bird out of county, I would prefer it if the blog was used primarily for reports of birds actually in Ceredigion.
Shall we try to find some Waxwings of our own?
