From the domen-las hide at Ynys-hir I had 220 Wigeon, 7 Goldeneye, 2 Goosanders and 2 Green Sandpipers up until a group of Kayakers came through and disturbed every bird on the river. Bizarre.

Ynyslas Glaucous Gull
Here's
a record shot of the 1st winter Glaucous Gull that was on the edge of
the saltmarsh at Ynyslas this morning. There was also a male Red-breasted
Merganser at Ynyslas
