RSPB Ynys-hir

A quick look from the Ynys Feurig hide this morning whilst carrying out a woodpecker survey revealed a little ringed plover feeding on the edge. Also there was a spotted redshank, 2 grey plover, 2 black-tailed godwit and a bar-tailed godwit. 22 Greenland white-fronted geese were feeding on Penrhyngerwin. Elsewhere there were 3 willow warblers singing, a Cetti's warbler singing near the Covert Du hide and two crossbills flew over.
