Along the coast

I started at the beach car park at Llanrhystud where there was hardly a bird to be seen.  So it was down to Llanon next where I could see Liz walking back along the coast path towards the car park, Five Wheatears here including two juvs.
Liz had had about as much luck as I had, with very few Med Gulls around so after a chat I headed for Llansantffraed.  The bay just north of the mouth of the Peris usually holds waders if there are any around and it was here that I found 16 Ringed Plovers, 14 Turnstones and four Dunlin, plus a single Sand Martin among a few Swallows.
