Firecrest at Glandyfi

A late afternoon visit to Glandyfi layby today (I must have just missed Dick), produced a very unexpected bird indeed: a smart Firecrest feeding at very close range in the buddleia bushes along the railings, and later in the trees at the left-hand end of the layby.  At dusk the Barn Owl was again hunting over the saltmarsh.
