Another Aber Chiffchaff

There was a Chiffchaff feeding in the budding sallows alongside the railway line this afternoon, as viewed from the windows of the Welsh Govt office in Park Avenue - first spotted and identified by my sharp-eyed colleague Dafydd Parry, from his desk.  Presumably another wintering bird rather than an extremely early migrant.
