Glandyfi Spoonbill again

The Spoonbill was asleep at the far edge of the Ynyshir saltings by the river early this evening, visible in the distance from the layby (but probably much closer views from the Marian Mawr hide, had I been there instead). It woke up, looked around and preened briefly at one point, before re-assuming the rather misshapen "distant white blob" appearance so characteristic of the species.
A brief stop at the base of the Foel afterwards produced lovely close views of a singing Wood Warbler; with a second bird singing close by.
