Wood Warblers

There's a forest track not far from here - about a mile or so south of Eglwys Fach on the eastern side of the A487, where I sometimes take Buster and Dolly.  I don't remember it being a particularly good area for Wood Warblers before, but this year it seems to have attracted quite a few.  This afternoon I heard 5 or 6 during a short stroll there and I saw one adult bashing the life out of a caterpillar it had in its beak.  There were two more calling close by, so I guess they were youngsters begging to be fed.
Willow Warbler and Goldcrest also seen.
