Black Redstart Again and Free Travel

This afternoon, the Black Redstart flew from the Old College to the church, then over the church to the back. Perching on a gutter, it flew up and down just like a spotted flycatcher, really showing its red tail. And I note from several sources that it is now classified as an Old Flycatcher, in the Muscicapidae rather than as a thrush, so Collins Bird Guide is already out of date.

I have noted that the new concessionary bus pass also includes free rail travel between Machynlleth and Pwllheli and on the Heart of Wales line (October to March), So the world is our Oyster(catcher)!!!
