A brief detour to the prom after shopping this morning produced three Purple Sandpipers in the roost and a Red-throated Diver flying south. A Rock Pipit sang briefly on the castle.
Along Plas Crug Avenue the usual Blackbirds and Song Thrushes were joined by two Mistle Thrushes and a Redwing, and on the way home a small pond near Llanilar held a male Wigeon.
