I went for a walk down Tanybwlch looking for wheatears on Wednesday afternoon, I was looking over the scrub behind the new black house with scaffolding, further to the right from there. I saw a bird fly from right to left, approx. 400m away and saw a reddish/brown back/wings and a noticeable grey rump. I only saw it for 3 seconds and it dropped into the scrub. It was flying away from me, so I didn't really see the head. Its flight was direct, no undulations, and it looked about the size of a blackbird, maybe a little smaller. I didn't get another view, but it could still be around?
