Aberystwyth

A first for me- I have been wandering the prom at Aber for some 65 years now & Sat 27th was the first time I have seen an Egret (Little) on the rocks at low tide between Castle point & the pier. Just in my short lifetime I have noticed the rise in sea level.as I usually make a note of being on the prom on the biggest of the spring tides at low water especially when the pressure is relatively high & the wind is from the north or east which helps decrease sea level off Aber. The various areas I would see as a teenager on these big tides are no longer visible . Also this summer is by far & away the worst as regards Nos of Swallows I have seen or should that be not seen!!
