Putting aside my aversion to twitching I joined Will Davies this morning for a trip to Teifi marshes. Timing our arrival perfectly, we were strolling along the track when four Waxwings flew in and landed in the bushes next to us. Some of the best and certainly closest views I've ever had.
A look in the hides gave us a male Goldeneye and three Snipe from Curlew, then as we were walking back two Waxwings flew past us towards Cardigan just before we reached the original four, which were still showing off in the original area.
