A nice collection of birds seen from the Glandyfi lay-by this morning with Mark Norris. Common Sandpiper, female Wheatear, female Goosander. Several winter plumage Teal. A male Gadwall. Several juv/immature Pied Wagtails included at least 2 albas. 9 Redshank, 2 Curlew, 2 Great White Egret. Numerous Swallows and House Martins hawking and a surprise find of 9 Barnacle Geese.
