Dyfi Estuary this morning with Mark Norris-
Around 100 each of Ringed Plover and Dunlin feeding by the Tern posts with
a good number of juveniles in the Plover flock. Also 2 Whimbrel and a Great
Crested Grebe at the mouth of the Leri.
After a very quiet 30 minutes at the brick house we headed for the point
for the falling tide. Over 200 Ringed Plover containing many juveniles with
around 100 Dunlin. 2 summer plumage Turnstone, 20 Sanderling and 12 Sandwich
Tern(3 adult, 9 juv.). Also several juvenile Pied Wagtails.
