A good high-tide today so I was back at the northern point at 0800hrs. Highlights were 800 Sandwich terns, 76 Mediterranean gulls, 30 common gulls, an adult pomarine skua (terrorising everything apart from the GBB gulls), 18 wigeon flying in and a flock of 270 linnets. Waders included two curlew sandpipers, a knot, a golden plover, 340 dunlin, 80 ringed plover and 62 sanderling.
