Red-breasted Mergansers at Ynys-hir

There were 14 Red-breasted Mergansers gathered on the estuary, near the Saltings Hide at Ynys-hir this morning. Great Spotted Woodpeckers were drumming all over the place. Sat inside Marian Mawr Hide though, I couldn't hear myself think due to the racket from the Canada Geese.
