We got to the Breakwater hide in time to miss the White-fronts that Bob had seen. However we did see the Sand Martins from the visitor centre which were possibly the first on the reserve and later a Chiffchaff from Marion Mawr hide plus a good view of a Stoat catching a large vole by the water's edge.
At Ynyslas, we watched a male Hen Harrier hunting over the Leri saltings.
