We found this at Ynyslas this morning. Unfortunately it had no head to help in identification so I'm a bit mystified. What I am able to tell you is it was blooming big, wingspan somewhere around four and a half or five feet. (The middle picture shows Jacqui standing by it. She is only little but bearing in mind the bird's wings are not stretched fully open the wingspan might be a bit more than 5 feet). White under-parts, black legs and webbed feet, white rump, the rest was dark brown/black. Anyone know what it is?
