Work obs.

Once a week for the last 6 years I've been going past a small pond(20m across) in Sarnau that has failed to turn up a single bird. So on Saturday I was amazed to see a Goosander there going round and round in very tight circles, looking like a child that has outgrown its paddling pool. Not expecting any further bird sightings at this site until 2017 at the earliest. Also 100 Linnets in Glynarthen.
