Had a day up around Soar-y-Mynydd and Llyn Brianne checking for kites. Not many kites to be found but there were loads of Meadow Pipits, a Wheatear, a pair of Kestrels prospecting a nest site, a cracking male Merlin on a roadside fence post (just missed a photo!), a pair of Stonechats near the county border and yet another Ceredigion Great Grey Shrike!
